Hydro X‑Flow® prostatectomy catheters

Catheters made of 100% sil­i­cone or sil­i­cone with a hydro­gel coat­ing. The trans­par­ent mate­r­i­al allows for mon­i­tor­ing of urine flow while the closed and round­ed tip ensures safe and atrau­mat­ic catheter inser­tion, even when the use of an addi­tion­al stylet is required.

Description

Range of post­op­er­a­tive catheters ded­i­cat­ed to patients after pro­ce­dures per­formed on the prostate (TURP/HoLep/prostatectomy) or uri­nary blad­der.

Available catheter tips: Dufour, Delinotte, Couvelaire, straight.

All catheters are made of 100% silicone and they:

  • Elim­i­nate the risk of aller­gic reac­tions
  • Sup­port tis­sue heal­ing process
  • Reduce encrus­ta­tion rate
  • Low­er the risk of uri­nary tract infec­tion
  • Ensure effec­tive drainage
  • Fea­ture a vis­i­ble line for X‑ray vis­i­bil­i­ty dur­ing pro­ce­dures
  • Have an addi­tion­al hydrophilic coat­ing to facil­i­tate inser­tion and removal of the catheter, ensur­ing increased patient
  • Wide drainage chan­nel pre­vents flow block­age.
